Job Description:

· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.

· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

· Inventory planning
4 ~7 e) [2 Z. S2 T
· Customer relationship management.

) ^% O& }- H. z0 T5 x· Operating independent marketing projects under the direction.

· Data collection and data analysis.

· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

· Completing specific tasks directed by online business manager.

· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

· Assisting yearly auditing

Requirements:

0 w) \7 N( X' A· Hands on attitude to get the job done. Good work ethic.

· Fast learning ability

· Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

' {) l" C" m+ Z/ T· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

· Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
