Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
  `  B4 Q6 y1 G* P( XDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
) q! g7 D* c+ E" U+ j3 I2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
: k! @. `: h3 `( z/ `! _: V) ^5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
+ t9 V; Q+ H/ h: z: q6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
( E, ^$ a! Z8 iSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
5 }' d3 M5 d0 u& z2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
2 ^/ b. M9 f5 r4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
