Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

4 C, h9 O( Y; ~+ A1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
$ n$ j; o* j) ]/ {4 r5 e4 u( ?3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
, D8 h2 I( J% o. f5 z! t5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
6 ?' v' c; v8 q7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
+ \  H, T/ H) a' j) T1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
  ]- K$ X6 z  N2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
# K+ r" w1 [2 R$ h1 _& l3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
' `  W! k/ [8 S1 i! l' n' L4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
* A; H+ u7 B4 g* Q; n, J5. May need to work different hours
