Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
; m' W9 G1 I; h  D  V' g4 I3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
5 s+ `# v, {2 G( z6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
# }0 Z" @- o# y# }1 }$ ~+ H& QSkills and specifications:
" k* t/ W' O, V' g" c5 N+ R5 L! y1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
7 ^5 [# U' F5 o7 ~- K! v; N2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
