Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

: e. n% r3 q  p& f/ Q3 L7 a1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
% j1 x; V: T6 X% H/ U2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
5 f& Z2 O9 H. ^& T. `6 ^: e+ X4. Calibration of Equipment
. p8 ^5 [& V* i5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
( [3 {. m' w8 b1 {; l: T( |9 y7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
. a- C; M: J, k/ w3 f3 X3 R1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
+ l: A1 D* E( I1 ?$ o8 i6 q% H* _2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
+ k) @  ~2 ?- y  W+ M7 E7 \3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
& J' E+ \6 f" a, X9 \4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
