Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures9 g7 U: T% T) Z% \. V- x# T
Submit and reconcile expense reports

5 f; }& Y6 g5 z. D) s% wLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
