Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports3 X6 R: L! q6 N' W0 p
Develop and maintain a filing system% \, i1 {! U8 @/ X# k0 {
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
+ F; q1 s4 \, X! H- a5 ]0 C) TSubmit and reconcile expense reports
, M" y- e) F/ d9 X# KAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
, C" d9 h6 P4 HLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail! b$ l! M: o3 ?5 j
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
