Plan meetings and take detailed minutes( Z% b1 |( t, }1 s. w
Create email templates for operations department

( j0 w1 T1 c: g/ p2 B- k# D8 iDevelop and maintain a filing system
( T6 ?" B9 O* O9 rUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures- Q0 N9 T7 V3 z# {5 ~& C- X
Submit and reconcile expense reports
" T f4 @4 }; N4 ~- L IAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
# Q2 f0 T/ H4 NExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy( C& [2 W! L! `9 }4 h
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
( h( _9 k* K2 CStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail# t3 \" q& ^' u# c1 G# V
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
