0 a1 u  l- f1 i* {) r. E6 vŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

  k* d# h- v. w7 N) P/ W3 g( YŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
3 P+ y, @3 E" E1 ~+ `6 ~6 C1 yŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ `; r5 R2 H* Z0 f6 \+ d' gŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
$ s6 m' e5 q- p/ b( A* L% AŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
8 K; A# ], p4 k0 iŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
+ k; [- @1 l+ M* O' ], g/ Z3 s4 FŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
9 l( s+ q0 y4 `Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
4 |( M# r. b' J! f; F7 G4 ]; ZŸ   Computer experience required.
$ i4 I! n9 e0 x2 l4 AExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
