工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
# |/ c: s& t, N/ F3 S& i, K% tŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

  ?; g9 ^, b- l, [Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
1 X1 c( j9 s3 hŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
9 g/ X  X2 d( ]; d5 s; w4 CŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

, ^% [4 C+ v8 VŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
8 b; Y% k3 M4 w; IŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
! u8 t2 X3 B: b2 GŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ Y. G/ k' r% mŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
