Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

% R/ S. M5 x9 N' I0 g% @0 sŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
6 C: P# l2 _# x9 }2 P7 o3 VŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
7 z) F1 Z5 U1 ~( E; K, [8 e, k: TŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
9 \$ K; g% @2 U) wŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
! y9 B( \% O4 `  R4 VŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
+ [" d! `& N2 g0 `' Y) JŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
7 p0 m3 [/ i3 ?: GŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
& |: S" c; P3 ]) C% n4 jŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
, L) s- u7 C! f6 aŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
