-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
( Q  h4 c3 R: y-Job Responsibilities:
9 j( n& V1 f& iCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
8 o" ?6 @  E  b7 aEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
9 q9 x1 N4 X, p+ M* R& l2 xProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
6 t- l' c! T5 h) U- _; _: R$ O; J, SMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
