-Position: Sushi Food Prep (Hiring Full-time & Part-time)
Location: St Albert, AB
-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
: v# V) g7 y$ V. f8 z7 m4 w9 OCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
( G4 k+ P8 c; B/ O* w7 AEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
  o, O2 v, R9 z9 \9 A+ zOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
