-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
+ o- u* M0 F$ \, iEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
' S2 h% m. Q8 H2 j* G, a! rProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
! q. G% c4 f9 E- HMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
# c. Y0 n. E! v# rOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
* S/ H2 j3 b5 H7 S; S% p& uMaintain daily production records.
