Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
3 U5 V |+ O, O& ?Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.1 f& J) s6 R6 D7 _( L
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
; V# D" b) q p* b5 R( cResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
$ W7 b9 S, D% f; X( G# `Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
6 Q( d; f$ {; h1 r& `+ B2 aResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
; F3 v" F; p: f- O+ v! b% G" lNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.5 P! t' q% X3 N8 P0 y" ^/ W* Y! R
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
( U9 g I- k3 X1 CBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.# p( ^7 F2 ^4 ^; ^
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
