Job Description
. l" I5 H/ x7 K1 ~2 ^+ fResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
3 a8 ^: u! ~9 kResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
3 _9 k) E/ }3 I- |+ @ w% H2 q- nResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.' q, W4 x( y5 W% L# n
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
) ]5 l$ O2 m0 d9 {Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.6 S9 R- _; n5 ^& [( X; h5 ]
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
+ Q2 [0 I9 m. @$ j8 N- ]- X% }Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
' y3 v- s, G+ B4 MImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.: o4 }5 M5 a) L& `2 D
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.' N) O, s# A( z# q J' u$ o# V
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
