: }( p. d& q6 b( ?Edmonton-area prices averaged $398,476 for single-family homes and $325,339 for all housing forms.; F# p' f( j0 f9 t" x1 j

In only the first three months of this year, average home prices have climbed 12.4 per cent, so Pratt has abandoned her earlier forecast of a 15 per cent increase for the full year.0 p3 V7 u+ p- y' ?: s: P$ C/ S
