CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
5 C, e2 s. K- M9 j2 v5 Y) H•        Publish financial statements in time
& Z7 G) }& m6 B! w- V9 {•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
# n" J0 [8 X" K6 e- I/ P5 Y5 d& j•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
! P: {! L! ]6 O% `5 g( s7 S•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
* e1 r; u$ O+ o7 p2 ]
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
% }- p( S# j! h  E. ~/ X3 _9 y•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 M* m  k* M* S5 m2 H•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
1 @# C& s* u% W6 R•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
. m. u7 k# }* _8 k7 ^, M•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* _2 U' Z8 l+ R( C+ _5 C5 V•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
