CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
/ u5 Y4 o7 J/ w•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
3 }0 ], W. h* S+ E7 b9 a, e•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
5 r9 ?. j5 E1 x3 r•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- b8 @1 t- [/ H+ ]" C•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
$ Z* ]$ K# X+ Y8 r6 k6 z3 X•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

3 m# u0 `; m! p, H/ T•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
2 X/ T  ?( S$ s# {: ^•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
2 I, f+ [% v" U3 x7 E1 ]•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
# [/ w; T# h; k2 [2 I$ ~•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

1 \# [' f# }' a! O' MSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
