CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:: o% i2 \$ Y0 m! C: ]
• Manage all accounting transactions3 I2 a& v$ h) J7 s4 A+ ~
• Publish financial statements in time
( b# J9 [. g$ W4 E A• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
( c f+ z3 C; e" G/ @• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 M" S8 L$ G3 `" u" y+ R- J• Ensure timely bank payments' e6 I" ]1 `4 \: l0 n) [
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements/ {8 H9 _% B7 `2 ]" S
• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
7 M# k! L2 [ C; {• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary: w# h8 i# P6 `" Z; A
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
0 \# D. n i H1 Q( ~0 R• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
, h# o& n- Z6 K" V7 C" S3 ] B7 D6 C) H: u7 |* Z: o
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).: n [" u; s' L5 X1 |$ }4 C4 v
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
2 w& l1 w# \( e% q5 R% v7 M. Z z• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
7 P0 _2 i6 |! E! ]• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.' _4 H1 R. }- Y9 H
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
" }4 l5 J6 y: B/ _! }- S• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.# s6 _7 Z2 A4 U0 @& R9 V7 `
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* x& H3 W5 z6 e; n• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.3 }5 V( z5 q! o. I. p
* e7 }/ T S: x# SSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
