CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
8 L+ p$ S4 M% U•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
. v$ M, w' H, n9 D- ^6 C•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 O0 K8 v: h1 o, I4 v5 R•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
) @# V. [. U" Q+ b9 O•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
1 S: c# m' p0 j) O7 G
6 c, [+ F& u, \! p9 x7 a•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
3 K. b) S# P- U•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 S3 R& }3 z  E•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 e8 z+ W* W6 _- z; J$ v7 \•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- ?& H/ k2 J/ Q% {: n* \•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
! e+ G- ]6 i) N# Y% s•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 ]% o# c4 }8 T8 y•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
