CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
. R+ r4 e( C# J, G: b/ Y1 c•        Manage all accounting transactions
7 L+ a& r) D5 P$ o+ a' K! `•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
/ G! E, x3 @9 ?) [( J
' Z, F/ G& {$ ]  [; v, l•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
. n, F5 c, p* a9 @•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 @3 o1 q+ m- e" m1 g) `•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
: W9 H" Q3 |0 x. P  T5 b•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
+ k; X) {, o9 F/ ^+ \& H- n•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6 l$ o5 Y. _& N) y' K4 p: p•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

$ a$ I; L- L* i3 qSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
