CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
% y, S( s2 c7 u& R/ v" s•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
" n2 A8 Q8 Z7 W9 T0 s$ U# t1 s, k" g- F7 ?* t•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
$ E5 D" M; ]1 y9 ]. a. A•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
$ a" |1 B3 [. z$ Z•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

1 @6 d$ X3 O9 RAccountant Requirements:

. \$ V- W! c6 z4 O; A) i•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; E4 p" t/ k, A6 Y: ]+ G, R" j1 X•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
