saskatoon is too far from Edmonton. The house price won't go up a lot. People are still moving out from Saskatoon. The house price will go down eventually.

4 T; p" f9 {4 F河西的5区也有几个NEIGHBOURHOOD比河东2区的大部分NEIGHBOURHOODDO都好。
5 P6 Q% ~7 z% z! t, R: u河东的Exhibition、Buena Vista、Queen Elizabeth与4区某些NEIGHBOURHOOD是同类档次，因为住了很多拿政府救济的家庭。

" c1 v3 s4 j, e0 X0 D所以说，SASKATOON的好区差区不是河东河西这么简单分界的。价、家庭平均收入、房屋出租率和SINGLE HOUSE的占比等这些重要指标决定了这个NEIGHBOURHOOD好及差的程度。
具体到那些社区好，好到什么程度，那需要咨询这里的REALTOR。
