IS Macewan GOOD LOCATION?

Any comments for this area, good or bad, how about the elementary school.

为什么呢？北面的Twin Brooks不错，南面的Rutherford也可以，111 Street对面的Richford的有些房子价格不菲，为啥就MacEwan不好呢？

MacEwan is fairly good. But not as good as Twin Brooks and Rutherford. MacEwan has more multi-houses (apartment, duplex) and the number of rented house is higher. The followings are the comparison based on the data a year ago.

MacEwan                      62%                                           17%
Rutherford                   78%                                              4%
Twin Brooks                   85%                                              2%

楼上的意思是，因为MacEwan容积率高，也就是多层和attached的房子比较多，密度高。
这个有道理，差不多的地段，肯定是低密度的小区质量高。

事实上，那几个区，都要特别注意新高速路的影响。现在的车流量是越来越大了。

Macewan是个不错的小区,不过房屋密度过高,开发商没怎么留下树和大空地草地,所以现在价钱不如Rutherford

i agree ,but the price is so high now .

close to 111St and anthony hendy ,easy to reach the high way

为啥都往南区跑,西区也不错啊,也有好学校,有医院,有大MALL,有大同华,也有ANTONY高速
而且EDMONTON最贵房价的区是在西边的博物馆付近那几个区,有个房子都400万了.

do you have more specific idea what community is better(with good Elementary school), even SW, Macewan is not as good as some others.

and the price is good ,

for me ,I suggest you select another city use the same money .
