Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
4 S7 ^* Y3 j* B' M7 n' b4 J3 O• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
6 ^) G# `+ W, J2 S+ i  h7 i• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

0 o3 y& W5 B, I: `• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
5 a  t: R0 }- Z" X, M• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
8 o- u' ?! j  i4 _+ \& e• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
+ G7 I+ w8 x" o  q! b1 l2 Q. Y• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
  R3 k6 c% u$ O- P) e, [2 X• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
