0 R2 W+ i, c3 p7 I" l• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
$ W& F* k6 s6 w3 o; |+ z• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
1 |% c9 M+ ~% R6 t7 H' Y  H• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
9 w  e6 h/ G0 w• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
4 m! T  s" b. A( _% r• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
! Z1 J  W1 v* m( {: o# L• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
, @2 q: p' |# T* `1 Y: o( i• Previous customer service experience
( V4 ^! ?9 k1 t1 C  l0 K, p• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
