Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- N1 g" f& t  y5 I- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
1 V* ^' G, P2 g2 x  P2 P6 C- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
. V' S2 b# k' J0 V8 f0 C! G4 Y- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
, b- J  `. d; E# g, @1 S- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
; ~# z& w  H* V* q. I- Professional appearance and attitude.
5 V8 o2 V/ T* X& @6 v- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
* A. `& h0 `0 m6 a0 l+ B3 k2 y, Y- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
% M5 ^) ^) N( C+ S% H; Q2 ~- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
