Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
9 {0 g, M8 u% P: P- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
4 Q  @- U# c  D8 D3 f) z- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
% r. z3 y6 |# n& ]7 D; m! A; r- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
/ C# m: U1 Q! n- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
