- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
' k5 ]9 J8 ?! D8 S- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
9 T8 J  f% H9 M) [- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
6 ^2 ^3 U& M% }- s- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
