Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
  B* \+ O9 {6 ^% v- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
/ Q5 _2 b) |7 d  V0 U6 B& f- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
8 t8 S* S) g: p- [- f: s+ c$ J- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
1 Y  U1 B3 x* ^/ C( r! _- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
