- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
1 v' g% E4 r& h- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
  L& `& V, ^5 Y# @; n) X$ }, T- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
