9 j: D+ k6 C5 @# d" ZThere are almost two million Clarica policy- and accountholders in Canada, said Sun Life. Clarica also has a sales force of about 3,500.

The company said the changes will be completed by the first quarter of 2008. Sun Life will incur a $40-million to $50-million charge in the first quarter of 2007.0 j2 T8 ~" i% X1 P3 t- B; p
"The Sun Life name is also well known and highly respected in many other markets around the world," said Sun Life chief executive Don Stewart.
