+ v% w! n" X8 o. [- n' F) g+ TPLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
& g# z* W1 \# Z4 s* O3 s& n& AConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.8 h: f4 o3 U" b8 k
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
6 p4 _0 U0 Z1 nCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
; I4 z7 z1 j0 W KInterpret and follow contract and customer specifications* i; I B0 q$ ?6 ~8 H
Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.' x5 _7 Z* N$ }4 l3 ?6 Q
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.

Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences

Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed

Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)9 [( ~' T2 B% T5 @3 r Z9 f; }& S6 o
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed) P7 G. D# R" D( M4 \
Work with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing
/ ]# \7 `' v% ~$ DLead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure8 }! a# i: A) \% C% H1 [7 C3 v2 G) C" x
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

( h, {. P9 G8 z w: S# LBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College6 t9 E d J7 ]* s
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
, \. ]6 S7 R% v8 g0 i) e* KAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)/ v4 D( B: c8 K6 k5 O2 V& f' Q
Experience interpreting process control documents.6 G4 D: x, b- o
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities5 q0 V. b. d3 ^" n# W+ t# T' h
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards% Q, d% S2 c1 g" Y
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies% A' B# }" S0 ^0 Y$ d
Valid passport and driver's license.

' N7 _4 F% A% r5 A" ?$ Z& u6 [Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)3 L2 h$ e N j* y$ P' v5 d
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
+ n- K' w" i" UAbility to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents

Ability to schedule, prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously
