•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
: t5 o6 |0 H& Y0 {" [8 R•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
, U( L- c9 g, [( U  m•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
; B$ q1 M, P8 Y4 h•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
; J' A1 S' b! D2 w•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
3 h7 T" B/ `$ o& q3 A. `•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

4 a4 l4 d2 g4 C, U5 r' VYour Capabilities and Credentials
" y" {2 ]: m, l/ o! B•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
2 i' ^: h% n( {4 ^•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
# v2 j) O3 w" g# G3 c& ~% U! X. J•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
