Job Duties:

- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

. m: b7 \. @3 u; I4 T% J1 O$ w, h; a- Organize and distribute staff schedules
% \3 I3 N8 `8 |: x# q4 G4 U+ V
4 |. P( w) i7 f2 ]% E7 U- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

$ e1 j( Z+ y: }- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

) q8 y( l( k% E) X9 h' m, u3 w7 W- Set up floor and window displays

9 k  o3 B% p2 t4 Y1 W+ k- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

8 a0 i9 h, Y" d' ?# i- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

; x) \& s9 r9 P. D6 a& D- Must be able to multi-task

- Prior experience is a plus+

- Able to read Japanese is a plus
