Full Time Position: Order Processing & Logistic & Inventory Control

3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

/ _$ B" g7 \) K% |9 N6 I. u- ~4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

* [8 S' `. c; m; x$ q" T5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

1 [0 G9 j, J& H; z* G8 G5 a. S0 t3. Order Checking according to guideline
4 M' ^: A& x) G. k/ ]' z; o
4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
8 W9 f2 a* G4 f/ d% H
5. Send orders to warehouse
/ [1 x. s8 r4 c1 Y9 p
6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

2 J" l( N, E. K1 Z/ p7. Follow up and report about order status

8. Inventory Arrangement

" J- g+ g. z8 Z2 ]9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
