3 d9 e2 M' g A v$ V; p3 ^6 E4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
5 c" l5 [% y5 h7 `& d2 packages yeast
/ r# g1 j+ Y* a* [4 c$ j9 s1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
O _& y' `( z& k- R1 teaspoon salt S; V7 K1 z. l' q2 [9 V/ P! G
1/2 cup pineapple juice$ G {0 B) g1 V& K* B; V
1/2 cup water

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and/ ^5 s d. E/ D* W* n3 S) _
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice k" x9 z, t0 [) V3 R9 l- h
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed0 q+ `- U5 `1 O# ?
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
