在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.) O! {' M2 j% K6 Y7 H0 u4 b

Honey Bread

2 packages yeast
( o8 z& d4 M9 o' m( E3 a1 s1/3 cup nonfat dry milk n: l" [% n) D$ ]5 j/ y/ v$ k1 {
1 teaspoon salt
v" j& m5 b- |1/2 cup pineapple juice; t0 t+ r) E; B
1/2 cup water

1/4 cup honey

2 S/ c( q+ _3 V( mIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and# X6 e! {: E; t9 g
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
