适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- }1 x- `, q6 q
2 packages yeast3 `% \2 \2 z4 X
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
( ^1 b5 ]5 ~$ b& v( D1 teaspoon salt4 H8 d. K  n) ?" P  O
1/2 cup pineapple juice4 `7 _% g1 G2 g" H& R( E
1/2 cup water  H( N2 z! W5 V2 \/ T
1/3 cup shortening
$ A* @2 X- P% t2 R: C! c1/4 cup honey, @+ {* i% |7 Y3 v) J7 t
2 eggs
6 p! g, Q2 U; f( Y  E: o8 g1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired& ^0 @: _5 M9 ?  y7 M% B3 K

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and0 L5 g" X% w- Q/ [! q
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
* y. R! B7 n9 h, h% K' N( _0 x, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;/ u" R$ n$ N3 ^( {4 f
shortening does not need to melt.)" ~9 l* e0 ]$ A8 r$ K
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
4 \. F) i) d3 F1 v% h4 ~3 tuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 0 P4 A3 n4 Z3 E2 d( q
stir1 M1 R. }+ `% E7 c) J8 i( r4 r
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
4 @, L& X% h' e$ I1 n: j7 f" asurface7 F. C( R* ?  E7 x
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,& C1 @9 A# X( E$ l. ~
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes" ^) h/ e; M2 F  G& z+ m
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

- @8 S; c) H$ v# L2 JPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
! d6 J& }. [2 l% x; L' OPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ( S- h; A) m% q5 q2 d
15# E: R  L5 ~9 v, t  h
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly( E7 U! z* l3 c6 R5 G- f7 d3 w
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 3 v% M0 @0 R1 T
for! l0 q- R7 l; q
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
