适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

2 X0 f, x3 V- O! q4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
" _9 ^; Z4 q3 f# n/ |2 packages yeast
- M! b1 w4 n$ y  D" x: ]1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
! q% a. n) U" X# o! O/ h- q8 r1 teaspoon salt
$ l# K* L/ H( E8 `7 H( R1/2 cup pineapple juice
: S. t$ w4 @) b( |$ s& H3 Z1/2 cup water& G% t0 E* }& [+ S; x% W& b% l
1/3 cup shortening# _  u; ~6 z) b' a. y
1/4 cup honey
. f% F2 t7 v4 `2 eggs& F+ i' e! ]7 C, A! \- i5 H, P
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
! Y$ G/ x6 |- ^4 _9 r/ i  _) j1 W
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and- j  R# M" I2 {7 x
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
9 X& o( ~' V2 S+ y9 m( J, p1 C, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;2 S1 A- O* c1 h" A6 ^6 O
shortening does not need to melt.)
, F; @! }6 u  yAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
8 g4 ^7 o( l7 z4 l7 Iuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
8 s0 k  `4 l" {. O, [0 x- T1 Rstir2 V! \7 e" O2 H5 d+ U
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

# C2 y0 m. v7 R; x/ m# W7 D9 M9 uuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,+ L  f1 E" \9 }( c2 |5 p& H
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes: N4 ?) A' l+ K$ L; p) y3 Q
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
% Q, W/ G8 Y0 M# |+ V  d9 ^$ z# z0 m/ H2 i- R  L/ p$ R+ _$ b
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
2 q, A$ s" m0 z0 sPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly8 g; X! p; l1 P) f& c; l$ V" E
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

5 ^* @  \0 s$ z7 ~* w0 f7 A35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
