在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.( n5 c' H( B4 n$ E, |) k' E9 L

2 packages yeast
" j* L4 J0 C$ j' A& @8 [1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
9 ?7 @) s& |% @+ Y3 [! S% j1 teaspoon salt
% @; L2 {/ S$ ^3 A% Y& P1 X3 \, l1/2 cup pineapple juice! i7 r0 N1 | P, V: O9 D+ X3 `/ Y
1/2 cup water

1/4 cup honey

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

; e0 _6 I) q5 v6 WIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and9 f4 `* I: o, C" `
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
_: y) a8 {4 ~( l* l$ {, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;8 f' y2 U! P( M9 v* k4 g
shortening does not need to melt.)
; _/ ~: B4 A8 _+ w. D' xAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed8 X% O! e( {; w
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
+ L5 y4 J" g2 r1 l0 nstir* _( @+ h, v3 B
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
$ [, _% r* v# U# E8 T6 Y% @8 ^surface5 s! O+ F3 C9 J8 |
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
6 g, J& P6 ~& Q' H$ c/ [turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes/ h0 ~5 @3 R9 a. l! A# _6 o& b
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
; k& G+ N2 W% J6 t% xbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree J( |* E$ T; K
