In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

- |3 K9 [; A' ]; a+ sAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
) X* A( {8 E* \& }4 c( n$ XAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
+ g: N4 @. I& z% U; y! K/ JEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.

, M3 ^# Q( _: X! G  S* @
& X9 ?( \7 z9 e/ ZA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
: g4 F) |  p& XExperience:
: H) ?. h8 t4 a$ s2 H8 h
9 L9 A7 K, c! i3 z; Q* CDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

9 C/ g( p( {4 g7 w5 c! \- |Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
$ n  q& p6 k9 z5 {$ ]Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
