In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
- F# F0 S  G- ?) U, j3 \Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
- w6 n6 p1 B, f  [Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
9 L8 E. c4 ?8 ?4 Y" s
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
' H5 y$ h: v7 B4 f& @Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

* m0 ^0 F6 f8 dCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

. A2 i/ y& S/ |5 yCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.

Center objectives.
