3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

4 N3 Q4 v% l/ \7 M0 T8 C" H7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

Job Duties:

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

3. Order Checking according to guideline
7 F$ `8 j1 V' R* ^: m* T7 K3 ]
4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

. |/ c* K! [$ l' A$ s0 v5. Send orders to warehouse

7 e7 _' H. l4 H  Y6 v1 e" C6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

; J- U9 U3 h4 \+ q+ j: f4 I7. Follow up and report about order status

8. Inventory Arrangement

3 G- H! ^( _7 W9 @+ q  d% p10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.
