As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:

• showing the new house and company property;
3 V" F9 |5 p$ _/ ~  L• Organizing mail;
: n3 o/ b& G% p• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Ideal start date: Oct 01, 2017

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
9 h1 y% N% l) l& I0 T- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
