• showing the new house and company property;
• Organizing mail;
1 N) c0 Q' u7 N# X* |• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;

$ M8 i, \4 P5 @" j* e9 m; j, W• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
& z7 v" O; A  K• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
. F+ O# D7 M, q* Z, v! ?0 f- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
  I2 `# W: e. v* A- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
