0 S% r: s6 f' e- X• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
* j/ Y! G5 w7 S, L" X0 H8 l• showing the new house and company property;
1 h7 \; @; |1 y• Organizing mail;
  c( l  ?) W1 V• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
0 S3 x) x0 z3 a+ v2 D• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
' \7 h8 w* H, R4 u7 c• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
/ A! ?$ q4 [8 P3 ?: X' j- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
5 v( H- T9 i6 \, h- Strong interpersonal skills
