SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

4 w+ {7 I) U7 lRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

' K+ F0 g/ M# R- |8 |4 k   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
+ x/ ?" K" d7 m: T$ p* i4 M  p1 L2 y   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
0 l) s' z' w" ^. w1 u6 w, v   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
3 f+ r. q* ]  s5 [6 X2 s   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
7 c- y% e3 j; P: q! o/ D7 J; j5 i   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
. H' x7 E. n' @5 m7 ~' a• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
7 s, E% P/ f& K: `0 Fplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
& T+ k2 o6 |% H' J8 O+ e  z- d! |% w" USMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
0 M7 f3 N5 T: Q7 |4 I+ ]   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

% v. b5 L- C0 s) f& l/ H/ B5 H, u   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
