SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
! {- H9 P% ^7 f4 u4 G4 P* I) J• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
9 M( `) X: b. T/ |. T   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
! L: c5 i; u# R" I   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
( g6 ?2 ^7 Y$ m" M: ~: c/ o   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
- X+ G5 I. r, Q% C/ A3 c! s8 A   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
. V: f2 E) m% {9 C; w" W1 B$ |   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
+ t  J) I5 G, S, Y0 o   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
8 D) w: S( Q6 y0 G• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
5 h6 i; e5 d" q/ E+ ]$ S• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
" \- T& H1 D8 C" \0 `• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

0 d9 K" a* _# b0 {: @* ^  i• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
- t( l, x" s& b$ T7 a, O• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

) h& r9 ^! f- M: D* x, K$ M   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
4 U( R$ `1 X( H• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
, |, X& r6 T, `" T• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
& _; K/ j4 r& `) t" j/ a+ b3 Q: B• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
