SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

$ I: \7 X5 e, R1 M, j* }5 d) E• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
- {+ T. K" E# J) w5 o, D7 R   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
! P9 U, C, }( X: f5 B2 T3 A- U  z   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
5 b3 y. v( r7 w/ x: H   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
6 w2 ~: ?1 O& n$ U+ [# c/ l   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
# B0 M5 p" b8 ~3 U) H/ j) c% O   o Sun Solaris operating systems
  p5 A2 V5 w) Z. a   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
* `' F6 f) L# S' I- a/ X( x* l• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
" Z* C. b4 W, g2 I; U: H$ `) a& {platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

- V% L+ D, }2 Y1 d- nSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
# ]0 j" j1 U/ `, ^: K• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
6 R- K: @3 k' _9 [. I- S• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
. p7 r0 Q( ^+ H• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
1 H4 M* r5 }. I; M   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
' F1 ~; |" W' \& _8 W8 W+ D   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
: T5 `3 Q' c' S; j   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
) ~  d; f* H! b/ a8 i) ?4 I• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
- y$ E+ H/ C  O2 |8 [$ B: I• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
