4 n  O* Q4 n' K; ESALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
2 w( P  |; R( C: b6 u# Y# C0 }   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
6 Q0 S4 U$ O9 x7 g# s3 q   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
/ A( ?; w# ^  M$ Z4 n+ y7 r# L   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
  {2 M# h5 L7 r• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
' u/ }. g" L, E5 D$ z5 X+ e' _SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
3 H! B+ Q, }0 l% S% c# H• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
. _. H" I9 z3 ]8 B& V4 N• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
4 h! t; c9 f/ _: z9 x& r; o   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
  M% j* p! H+ {$ Q+ _1 B6 K   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
; i' A9 V6 @  f7 K% F   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
) M$ Y% W& W9 e6 N# A. v. z) ^• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
# }0 f5 _7 {% i# {9 h8 s" z• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
  q% Y' }% Q, _1 w2 K• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
