# ?4 Y" C0 P0 K* D: {/ V• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
" e4 n" ]2 h: w1 ]( A: _9 w2 M   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
- d) J' r- Q/ H; h/ G4 s- e   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
" T' L2 ~* G% c) u8 ]- p. m   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
% w8 K) ?9 k  J7 H# P0 x8 Y7 p   o Linux based operating systems
* d, I6 D6 k" f5 `4 y4 Y7 E! _   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

: s' X) ]7 G, j6 e2 _6 G, [  WSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
& n! K: Q6 o' {6 D9 T$ d8 v• Excellent written and verbal skills
( t- ~! a# B( h7 H• Ability to work in a team environment
5 w5 d' ?5 `7 u• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
8 J1 O3 N6 U% v, o' C8 ?& R9 f3 R• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
2 d8 e; m" z, E+ G1 Y0 N: I8 h; w   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
8 _2 G5 w( I# ~   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
: K; u) }# R9 Y7 g2 ]! W   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
8 _4 f1 s  x3 J5 a# U• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
) ?2 J8 i$ j9 j+ v! S  x( P• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
