RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
2 M. M* z6 X8 Y+ Q; a5 }• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
3 `; C8 H# d& Z. Z/ n) E- Q o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
& O- p4 u0 Q$ ?$ i7 Q D1 r b! ] o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 20039 O( G/ v: {; [5 v" O2 @
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000$ L/ i5 t* x# q' a, I
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003! d3 q! R0 f8 d6 Z0 H
o Microsoft Operations Manager) S# s& k+ }, g6 w( Z; D* x
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
- I0 D" A U$ O) ~ o Linux based operating systems
* X& O8 r% a/ L6 I0 x o Sun Solaris operating systems( L- `8 \0 p$ Y
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience( }# x# L: E4 R3 _! a1 j
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.* k4 ^* W w9 R1 [& R. B; K/ K2 ~
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
% H. J7 ^( ^* Q- _9 d8 x& A; s• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows9 H6 v* ` g% x& y2 T1 \# T5 M
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
+ l- U0 k. f2 c2 ?SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
, U" N, u+ A) [; ?1 X• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations; N6 l. y7 B& z6 ~

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
3 a- X5 S! n' P L/ B o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
# i8 K# j% b4 E7 e• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
! e* c t) I% A+ f, I' r" G" |" P• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.' A* B! l# I$ ?1 _
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
3 X6 l4 ?& Q6 z" d8 H% P O• Have 4+ years of network design experience, @) m: f, B1 t( n# V
• Have led medium to large sized projects
