• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
8 O/ J$ e$ t0 W/ E o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
, g0 b; T4 R8 s9 Z, F* M! S) e o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
+ O' q/ p0 O( U3 i+ G5 i o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
9 u; c( ]' B$ ^ o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
- D! k7 Z' {6 V0 X3 A. A o Microsoft Operations Manager
; q4 \+ o, c5 n" \& ] o VMWare Virtual Server solutions$ K5 p/ j" u6 Z4 E" C
o Linux based operating systems8 r3 \" a7 V4 n" {- P! E7 C' j
o Sun Solaris operating systems
: d+ {1 _+ B4 n9 u o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
' ~1 W* Q: O6 r. p9 M• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.9 u" a$ X. J* E: W
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls( d" y3 i) n+ L/ k( s
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
. j& B% r& c2 [. [. yplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft" {; ?. j- Z( u; n+ h
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.5 Z' z) V# T( M: d* |
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge! J2 @, `3 u* x5 l$ L2 c, b" P
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
, Z( y, A" |. J• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory., d* J8 O: g6 X" L7 M
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
