SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

! F4 o, d! n) ^* Y! _7 d! S* Q2 S• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
8 G' e! f5 u4 R3 a   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
' q) c% U5 R) Z% w& l   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
! A7 k: Y, \4 I" N5 s   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
! q/ g7 Q6 D5 c, O0 Q) }   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
' N* o3 L( x/ q, a. f" ASMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
8 n* a7 }0 ]4 \( X0 ?" k4 i• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
9 [0 l) r0 S8 x/ N: H• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
9 j" _& p' J# c! W   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
" H7 L+ p3 y) G! d$ V   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
5 N" T) I& c. ?3 a% c   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
' `# S( `" g% i: x, A• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
