Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
3 U+ ~. n& e# G6 s  g- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
( I* O  t$ y: f( g6 C- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
6 X0 `1 C8 {0 P5 m6 @: T- c& s- Manage kitchen operations
0 h8 j, h* t, t; {; M+ ^" N- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
7 E0 g- J- E5 I! X3 ^# P2 j- Work night shifts, as necessary

- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Highly organized.

Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
Salary: $160.00 per day. After 3 months of employment, medical, dental, disability and pension plan benefits will be available.
Location: Simonette Camp (51.5 km west of Fox Creek), Alberta
