Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

. x. p7 t6 ^  V. E6 y+ P1 m- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
+ T  J6 o6 C8 l$ P0 J8 m4 g; s4 z- Supervise kitchen staff
# Z3 x5 y7 N5 S$ j' k/ E. ]- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
6 o2 Q  v  T7 ?+ R6 @8 @! J8 j, N8 G- Manage kitchen operations
) U9 }& s; B. o5 b5 g- E$ a6 F+ ~- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

' R( k/ s  F1 R+ F& S5 W9 bThis is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
. S" i$ r* l2 A$ u/ }Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
