6 ]( ~8 R" U) ~0 ~8 K: c0 oWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: - V* {1 I$ f# y: | V1 @) n% ]9 R7 H
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
& p# u9 I7 ]3 A• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, 6 T$ `5 p# Z, S0 i. i: |
• Prepare financial statements ) |/ O1 l' f2 a5 _$ P% a' t4 _
• Prepare corporate tax returns
% M P: K$ E$ a. {$ h. S• File GST returns # u; O* _9 ^" ]
• Process payroll/ D. y0 c+ v. d6 {
• File T4/T5 returns 3 m' T1 [; ^& {" i0 @9 z
• Prepare personal tax returns
, M6 u" L; c* {/ p$ T' T• Communication with our clients and government agencies + U/ q, T/ m* w1 B1 Y: ]) I

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. ; ]6 S" |9 w! {' q

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required., l( w0 }% e1 I5 y( ?2 q
