% N1 O5 |: |8 ^5 kWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: / k, |# N- ?5 f* i. W& j
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
9 k5 K. p" _% v* Y6 `1 i& C• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
p2 F1 l$ u) }• Prepare financial statements
$ a+ f. ~* F+ f1 F W• Prepare corporate tax returns
3 A2 p9 w8 w- D/ P) F" c/ E• File GST returns 4 ^$ t5 H( z1 y' ?
• Process payroll
4 h+ W, A# X7 b6 o• File T4/T5 returns , n9 t* n1 X- w% Z) i
• Prepare personal tax returns
+ W: u6 E+ j% F+ F- Q• Communication with our clients and government agencies & x# I9 C! t+ m$ {% q( f$ v
3 p3 n, d ~- w7 s! YThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. ' [7 q5 G( X& n6 ]3 O e0 T. |+ k

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
