single family average price is incorrect, it is the same as condo, check it please.

Net loss/gain in listings this week: 60 (85, -280, 39)% i( y5 E' w5 Q% P: ?2 o
Active single family home listings: 3,305 (3,285, 3,195, 3,356)

1 U7 M: n" n' RSummer’s over, kids are back to school, schedules are in place… time to take care of that real estate listing. I think that at least partly explains the large number of price reductions and listings (many of which are probably expired listings that are now coming back on the market).
