: K  Y& Y& R# k3 ~6 h* F( YModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
3 f! }& W! N4 h! g. y) V2 a0 x! EArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
" l/ @" s0 N% IRecruit and manage kitchen staff
- v1 t# u' A4 _  L) Q6 {- QRectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
* z) i* ?/ v* o0 Z6 h( y" [Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Excellent record of kitchen management

Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
