Job Description:

% _, t( x  G. _9 o' A3 pModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
2 b  m. |* ~$ g1 R  OEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
7 d# u  Q' C( f( H9 C: o5 g* zArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
' k: \5 n7 |5 G* r" P. ^$ B4 vGive prepared plates the “final touch”
$ Z, s0 I5 z: q- @6 u9 ePerform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
/ q; p; ?: o& ?, MKeep time and payroll records
) S% G- ]. d8 m5 wMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
