• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.& c+ R) u2 H/ M2 W2 n
• Post advertisement

• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.0 ]4 h9 z: f5 a0 A' l8 G- n
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.0 H: ]8 f/ b0 d4 \3 r! H
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database. n! i; H2 M% n1 s6 [
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
0 r& H/ j+ Q. B1 w3 M" j1 B0 f5 m• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).( ~- a d- w+ e
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
) @% g! ?# `4 S# F" E& S: w• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation., \5 a+ N' i9 b$ q& x7 H
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.; i: m' G% O) \) x* t% H5 |

' f' N" D- }) q; s. G1 W• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
; G3 d2 i, X# U5 a• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred. V. [ o5 t* g, {; {6 x& n
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
( v& s+ w/ `& o( a7 j1 s: j• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills' B+ R: s. H1 D2 c
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal7 v5 \0 e# Z4 o K* O; u) W
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
