-探索在加拿大如何从自己的种族有效地扮演父母的角色
-如何让孩子培养纪律，怎样建立信任和支持关系
-探索有效的沟通方法
-探索教养策略及解决问题的能力

-正视家庭暴力问题
" E3 f/ i# [1 L& |+ ^. J' L-透过与其他家长接触以建立更强的网络

' ?9 J0 _5 w% l, ifor immigrant/refugee parents to:
•        Find out how to parent effectively in the Canadian context while drawing strengths from your own ethnic identity.
2 e" K1 N: m% G( v: u•        Explore ways to build trusting and supportive relationships with your children.
& z' Q4 Y( y% E# |•        Discover opportunities to effectively communicate in our families and communities.
•        Explore parenting strategies and problem solving from each other.
5 ]3 M* N1 ^& m+ T) D% E•        Strengthen support networks by connecting with other parents.
