Job Summary:
: m: F G& A, t* `( r0 {; T- ]& LProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

+ z6 Y4 e+ e" c) D1 i3 k3 r7 a) q· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
6 `' D( S, k# S1 c$ v" G· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.4 R) E+ v a& P' t2 t- _
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

Knowledge and Skills:
: h+ ^: A1 v1 H' N' R2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset." K5 n& Z( v3 f' n! d
/ s7 s" X4 L6 `- r3 bCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.3 c/ G6 S0 { [, I
! r" N4 m5 E: t! v9 B/ f7 v! `Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
