Job Summary:
: q, w3 l# H( s2 M e: u3 ~6 cProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

- x6 x$ f" p3 X1 H3 G: g· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
3 ?1 {* e$ A8 v, {· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
* _' ]. e$ R1 R k% K6 ?, L e( j· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.$ {$ V& @& j0 R7 C
· Manages report database.4 r6 ^& \/ W( }6 l9 q
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
, X. F4 T+ z) O) p& F7 f; H· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.- d6 n1 }- B2 y
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.0 }$ q; g c3 h
) ^5 h& c! Q& u& i$ A5 K1 _2 g: n' _
Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
