Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.9 i+ h+ R2 v- p; _/ _ u

; j% e2 w" Y; ~3 J& q8 {* g$ O2 FEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
; }' G& @4 J' r+ c· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.& K. u8 @+ k! f* R2 b' I2 p
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.* a! k4 \& Y5 d, U4 p( J
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:2 X s& y1 p) `$ a* @7 f
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

4 a; q: U3 G R. Q, K1 `* G% RCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
