No one was injured after a brush fire tore through a section of Edmonton's river valley on Friday night.

Edmonton Fire Rescue spokeswoman Sarah Meffen said 17 fire trucks were called to fight the fire. It was declared under control at 1:20 a.m., and was officially out at 3:20 a.m.5 K! J5 t8 A& [! ?
The fire covered a large area of the ravine, Meffen said, but none of the nearby homes were evacuated.
