DUTIES:( ?3 m% Z9 h; M% Z1 G
: M# a8 V$ G2 k5 q" H* ?• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.5 l5 c2 Q0 b7 Z' A6 l
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:; i. j* V7 H" h9 @' t/ w) I
, s2 g D$ Z+ _1 @/ ~: T, q• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
" p% O b& X& W6 g9 [• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
, q- Q" c5 J/ h) v+ V# B- A c* C• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
3 G9 i# o' I! P5 V6 ?0 Y1 s• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
9 g4 s; U* |9 a3 a- G# J0 k• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
