" n+ E) ]( p7 y6 H+ n$ y8 q• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
+ `) |$ s9 v' d9 W• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.6 t, `# J" D- }) z4 W; m! a3 d
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible9 o( u" l, E1 f4 G3 d
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.4 O. O" I4 c9 M# ]/ t

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role* ~. z1 E: L/ u* a! v8 ]& V$ U
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
5 K2 {& I6 h$ [" b• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills3 _( x0 x* m2 L+ P8 x
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
