DUTIES:- A, S$ F* i4 U G$ e* S
# c0 c4 _+ S) h* o• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
! S# X9 V8 i4 I% d8 `• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.- v- p/ b g2 X8 [! e* h1 N" q
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
* a+ G G4 I# p4 _, Z• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

- z S# G2 W; e7 `" f" Q3 s• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
3 ^& \2 n4 d* }- E# Y3 q5 @7 j V. O• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study, z" W0 W/ D7 a8 R+ \- h% Q
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
1 e. u8 `/ V/ |* ]( a' D0 ?. M• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
