房本的名字变更

有没有朋友知道更改房本上的户主名字 应该去哪 如何收费呢？谢谢

周joy的律师事务所可以办，收费和你买房请律师差不多的费，还是比较贵的。当然可以和贷款银行协商直接找市政府据说也可以

上面的人说得对，两个人的 ID, 见证人，两个人(现身）， land title certificate(原件）。 去之前打个电话咨询一下。

到那里后要填表， 看你的具体情况， 可能会影响到以后的报税，看你是第几套房子。可能不收钱，看房子位置。
