9 `7 {' g( Z# R9 w2 j yEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

Qualifications/Skills: * W3 `2 A- u c% L0 J0 o- C
• Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS * o7 M. _% ]! ~$ v- F* k
• Primary Care delivery to all age groups
) h% ~' W7 w! C* A k4 `7 Q7 S• Demonstrated and effective communication skills & X% B% _, m$ X# s
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities

• Immunization specialized certification is preferred.) |. m7 ?# B" w7 T! |
• Required language: English and Mandarin.
