8 f0 B$ j3 S: ~3 ^( vEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities

  K* j3 L4 j0 Y) E( d, B•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
