2015年平均房价和库存量上升，而销售量下降, t9 M+ u* z$ G9 V, b# A/ T
- h+ `9 t% W7 c u8 H埃德蒙顿2015年1月5日报道：2015年埃德蒙顿通过MLS住宅房的销售量比2014年下降了9%，但比2013年上升了1%。这一销售量的下降体现在各类房屋类型上，除了双拼和联排屋的销售量上升了6%，独立屋比去年同期下降了9%，而公寓的销售量则下降了13%。2015年的销售量为17298个单元，而2014年则为18991个。8 _/ `# }8 p4 J: f

尽管销售量下降，而房屋的年平均价却依然逐年增长，独立屋以$437,569的平均售价比去年同期增长了1%。2015年公寓的平均售价为$252,954比去年同期增长了0.4%， 所有住宅则的平均售价为$372,511，比2014年增长了1.5%。
