由于整个alberta房市在近2年内不会有什么明显的涨幅，请大家好好存钱，最好等到一次能付很多钱时再出手最好，可以少付很多mortgage利息。当然，最好是去其他更好的城市。

If you can get a decent job in other cities, it is a good time to move. Especially if you have a house in Alberta, sell it now and make a good profit, then you can buy a nicer house somewhere else without mortgage.

If 醉酒当歌 is a well-known professonal invester who has at least one milliion dollars equity( cash in his pocket got by investing in
buying and selling houses) in Edmonton, I will 95% believe what he said. If he is not this kind of invester who even has no
