由于整个alberta房市在近2年内不会有什么明显的涨幅，请大家好好存钱，最好等到一次能付很多钱时再出手最好，可以少付很多mortgage利息。当然，最好是去其他更好的城市。

***醉酒没钱，以上纯属个人建议，仅供参考，实际情况，请核实明年春天到夏季房价看看。***

If you can get a decent job in other cities, it is a good time to move. Especially if you have a house in Alberta, sell it now and make a good profit, then you can buy a nicer house somewhere else without mortgage.

If 醉酒当歌 is a well-known professonal invester who has at least one milliion dollars equity( cash in his pocket got by investing in
buying and selling houses) in Edmonton, I will 95% believe what he said. If he is not this kind of invester who even has no
1bedroom apartment, how does he give the suggestion to the people who have houses and no houses. It does not mean
that I comlain you here. I only hope you really understand what the real estate market in Edmonton is going on. To make sure the
market what's going on really need experience and knowledge. Different people has different opinion. I respect you and other
persons who give their opinoins through the internet.s
