My guess: (1) exhaust leak. Check the gaskets right off the exhaust manifold in particular; (2) if 1 doesn't work, check valve lash adjustment; (3) if 2 doesn't work, I would check the timing belt/chain tensioner. Good luck. Please update us of the real problem once you complete the diagnosis.
Now I have just opened the youtube. It appears to me that the noise could be a result of a worn out serpentine belts, or a sticky valve (like (2) in my previous message). Again, good luck.
I would love to help if I live in Edmonton. I am not a mechanic in profession but is fond of giving crazy advices. I would suggest to go to a garage to at least get opinion on what is the possible source of problem. They normally don't charge you. Again good luck. I am still interested in knowing the root cause of the noise
It is preferring to sticky valve(s), as was mentioned previously. Basically one or more valves got stuck because of bent valve guides, broken springs, worn out cam shaft and lobes, etc. etc.
