求助：小孩回国遗失枫叶卡，怎么样才能尽快回加

快开学了，玩了一个多月，临出门搭飞机才发现枫叶卡不知去向。机票浪费了，重要的是如何在开学前返加。

请大家告诉我，申请旅游签证需半个月，急！

只能申请办旅游签证。（本人枫叶卡被盗）

联系加拿大使领馆，说明情况，附上往返机票和学生证拷贝件，还有移民纸。看能否加急处理。
