We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.# j) I' w. y- O9 u. I

Primary Responsibilities

- d1 I" U1 Y1 l8 l CCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments8 L) o1 T* ~1 v: N7 F' m1 T' Q: R
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
+ }* R8 h1 c! W4 `/ _) A8 |Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
7 D( i; d/ o9 Y, W4 J4 |Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
# Q5 `# c2 p6 n* T! L0 ~Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;3 `! N2 H& j4 o- i; p' @' N
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;4 P2 b7 G" r2 B
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients. [' W- V8 d. R3 L) E) e8 J
Conduct all work within established time standards;2 L! x B3 z; S# d
