We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
8 {5 Q; @* B. ZWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies, h7 a. n; [( m8 o/ {
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
# }9 C! d/ ?. r, [! GManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;$ u% m! f, {& A1 B I: d4 {# H
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
' ^1 F2 }: j/ ?Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
6 `* d9 ]5 E' R0 fConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
/ l6 g; v7 E3 f8 o* H" _: y$ vConduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;5 t A$ T) K1 S& r% N$ K& D# d
