We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.) U' I# n% \* h/ W# j

Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 A3 H r' Q4 r+ h$ Z
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;: Z; T1 h* E+ S& \7 R
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
* t+ N: b0 h J: @1 zConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
