9 C7 D+ G/ j2 y$ K$ ~6 s3。ownership sheet，需要填右半联
5 ~" r/ M$ t4 M1 E4。E TEST AND Safty Certification

其中的E TEST 是要重新做的还是在有效期内的就可以？

Safty Certification在精工汽修就可以做，网站VIP会员30块钱。

我也是精工做的安全检查，收25刀（8月份），不过要说是在raymon zhang那儿买保险，是raymon zhang 介绍来的。
不知道现在情况是否有变化。
