上周五在 AAA AUTO WHOLESALE LTD 买了一辆车，交了500 定金。我和卖车的都在合同上签了字，balance我下周会支付chq。
+ w0 J( F" C9 E% w6 Z第二天早上 seller打电话来说 sorry 我不能以那个价钱卖给你，我们亏本了！
这周情况 我可以sue他吗，还是打电话给  AMVIC
请大家给给建议，主持一下公道！

我没有那么多的时间跟这种人叫真，只要他们全额退定金就远离他们了。在这种小dealer买车，现金一把搞定，当时办手续提车走人，否则就别碰他们。
