- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.# r) {3 A3 p5 U* ^" Y
- Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work. Y w1 t# A: t" T9 Q; @
- Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
/ y0 _3 p2 v; o+ i1 W% m- Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations. 0 E& [ Q* o# b
- Keep office clean and organized. / f6 r% j7 ]4 o2 T, D
- Provide friendly and professional services.

, J* H: a0 d( k5 H$ |0 j7 c- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
( h3 ?' S# ?0 z: q- Strong verbal English.
6 s2 a c! F& z' @- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
7 K2 J3 t, R0 {6 B O5 G! p% w- Good organization, communication and time management skills.
( v- n4 R w2 z( l5 u- Must have a vehicle to drive to work.5 h+ r" A8 q! ]# u
- Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset./ `4 Q5 q( V1 N4 c/ q, ]
