你还别说，这位房东挺有审美，屋前屋后弄得清爽，室内装饰也很有品位。估计房主来爱城15年或以上。我也见过不少有钱的，根本没时间打理生活。就冲这一点，得点赞。
我也打电话给一位资深专家，问此房1.09米值不？她说，No。要在Windermere还可能，不是Callaghan那儿。你懂多少，WONDERFULWORLD？
