Trying to answer your answers,

2. Decline bench press;6 J! v4 F" t6 R* D6 m
Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.

3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.# _5 @9 e/ N/ Z1 T Z. [* L
