7 N7 M3 _( J5 U& X+ f( o8 TBoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.! N/ B; X2 r! F' z

3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.7 W. a, @' p9 N4 T& s+ P
