Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
, A% u6 _6 O: ~5 L% L# l" t/ k7 QUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required6 ^& ]' e8 \9 s8 h+ }# k$ u0 q3 q! T
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
1 W' } k# u) X7 H. dStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential/ L, C! w3 K* f: Y% Q! l$ E# [
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role- S" G! v$ R7 T! V6 V6 O
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills: M+ O1 t7 a M3 A* }! r7 W8 l

Previous banking experience would be an asset2 O& e- H9 a: v) E8 X

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
