Ratio: 44% (64%, 55%, 45%)8 j( M. C- M" B2 K2 _# x7 p' w# O: x
# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)
# m5 v7 D' F+ j+ g# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)" s+ O( S. V# l! f: x# Q
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147); Z+ M1 i/ T" X
Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)+ v. T7 o8 \) X6 f. i# E5 f' X
Active condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)  S4 ~( n+ q* I1 x
Homes 4-week running average: $436k ($440k, $441k, $426k)1 ^9 ]; Q2 ^: Q& w+ W! I. O3 X% e
Condos 4-week running average: $245k ($254k, $253k, $250k)

$ z% f) e4 c# o6 ]; w* SWell that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
