We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.! # k# g1 M# b* Y5 ^6 t0 ECoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments/ h8 P* ]0 a5 R3 T8 Q. d
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
4 ~3 H0 B* s. ~1 {0 AAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines% n4 |4 e0 P+ M; I7 c- [$ U3 ^
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
7 E6 Q$ Z, W  |3 n! E( FOversee file management for all LMIA matters;8 Q0 X* U/ M+ U3 y& U
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
( h, B& |6 B- r6 m& x$ m# }$ NConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
/ _; Q$ _' s) N# eAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;* a0 O0 H0 f" P. z' v
Time management skills are critical;
9 l9 q# s" j0 F/ t/ GAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;6 Y3 R, i5 Q6 C' N4 B; B
Attention to detail and accuracy;
4 D4 r! a& i! D% r# F3 BStrong organizational and computer skills;( d' b: w$ T0 `6 G8 Z
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;0 F* S1 R2 L" k! B; |
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;5 `- B. _1 A8 _
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;1 F( _7 H. k: ]. p/ O1 c
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
