The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
( ]; N5 [5 a' \; r, OWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies: ~: {4 e5 t0 G8 M
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
1 D G$ J/ U: zManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency; e3 Q0 G9 `5 [3 a+ E" w
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
- J% {' R9 c' S- UEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
# q8 e; n" R: n2 P5 OConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
& P6 v8 X" G3 W& H$ WConduct all work within established time standards;
