1 o; }: K( f8 v6 _We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

* \, D4 t# ^" \2 ~1 fCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
5 G# w& h( F! YWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
# x+ k/ M( k! x0 B' YAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines3 `7 B; D- J* T- _& O
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;2 m: @; `5 I  U- g8 F
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
  [4 {2 v6 M) F/ ^: {Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;6 \- K* D4 {( W
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
6 {6 ~8 A% _6 c5 y/ s# C2 s' k  oConduct all work within established time standards;
, L& w# R+ }* l4 mEssential Knowledge and Skills6 U/ @$ n7 e/ Z

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
, m: L9 `; @% T$ H7 mAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
6 E+ `; ?: n5 s/ a9 L' o" vTime management skills are critical;
" C6 F0 i& T! [, OAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
$ F( ?& Q6 z( F, A& |1 j% sAttention to detail and accuracy;
0 }: R9 W8 J* |) m. q5 [+ y% cStrong organizational and computer skills;
6 ^% i) E/ h7 P0 Q* wExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
1 v6 c9 Y1 i5 E- @Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
' }7 P4 X" O8 sAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
& o' e  N1 q6 W% gAbility to work with minimal supervision;5 Y. i6 V. {7 N5 k8 ]8 j

Compensation and Benefits
0 M1 ^7 E2 q& M/ C  h6 ~; ?5 y# L" {& ?. B5 C
Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;' C( N4 A+ A+ d' h# N
Benefits package will be offered;
/ f6 ~5 R8 f$ {% X; \$ GMust have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
