We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. x4 O/ a# g- A2 r- R
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
. m& Q: |/ j7 [! _- G$ } xAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines/ }1 u+ E- M2 F1 p$ S
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;% j3 {5 x6 _7 ~9 k, y# }
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;/ P) T' Q; u3 b5 ^/ o& P
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;/ p$ }' M$ c7 R
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
