We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.; E, q7 D$ L* u. u0 [5 w

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. h6 _# e, N7 f2 e) `+ Z9 t0 n" ~' W
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies+ x1 I0 c5 o5 B% p: k2 Y
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines. }7 m" f i% A! a& V
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;) N. I* x2 l( `- j2 }# P5 c
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
7 F' b; b& [6 m4 i- VEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;( r1 |* v6 R) e/ F; M9 r$ @
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
