4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
: f! T. `( m$ e6 M+ I5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
8 r) g, s0 @) F6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents

2. University degree or college diploma
6 w; h3 f" R8 ^2 f0 W3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
8 c% {4 P5 m0 w" u" l4 a4 ~4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines& R9 }# s& o: f
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
8 w& @( a# e$ Y6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner8 x5 F8 Z- y; C' e* n
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control7 y5 O+ f9 Y2 `, ^, N( j
8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)' s1 q! r7 ]5 w7 C
