1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
7 x. ]3 T7 F1 {) m" H3 X7 {2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
; u3 a S9 }% | ^0 N: x3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems1 ], o0 v5 g/ j0 g4 q' P) y! m: g
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
3 O* E: _9 P' z5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
7 @! B' T, ?2 C/ y2 a$ A6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents
/ n8 [9 F; a9 Y, `7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff6 y# U# i' q _) i, I

Qualifications i- x$ W* A& h$ c h+ x) k! z
1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional
& g) G6 \$ R' o+ b5 ~2. University degree or college diploma3 V7 H" l1 k1 v/ P, Z
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset; m) d j4 f0 K. S9 v
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines5 p# Y* ~, r# b7 I
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
+ `# x2 U4 i; b3 C+ ~6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
$ S$ A! F6 M1 r4 X8 ~' n' W5 y7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
`! k" a2 A; X+ @0 {5 {8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)& R4 O9 Z( c, {0 q
