我没地方存油,也没有合适的炸锅,我是逐片煎的,稍微多放一点油,油温热一点。油温越高,肉片越嫩。还有肉片要切得微丰满,太单薄了吃着就柴了。0 e7 G6 }. t' b5 W

绝对不能烤,那就没法吃了
