We encourage you to make every effort to resolve your concern directly with the dentist involved before making a complaint to the Alberta Dental Association and College. Do not delay treatment because you are waiting for the outcome of a complaint.3 ]3 a- m' o0 t" c
: K: k2 f2 H; s& W( X9 h/ S7 gIf you do make a complaint to the Alberta Dental Association and College about the conduct of a dentist or a quality of care concern, your complaint must:. } g* r" Q; C1 D

provide the name of the dentist you are complaining about;
