. m5 O; B6 ^2 i. u2 e% c& I" g6 GYour job responsibilities will include:
6 f( q" b* A6 ?, P•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
( Z. I5 m: L2 a3 I•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
  u8 P( F6 V) Y$ |6 d; [' V+ t•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
( S; s- f# C0 c•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
( Z+ j$ K2 w1 R9 ]' z7 O* ^•Perform AP Invoice matching
4 f0 I4 S1 k( f* C•Prepare month-end AP accrual

( l9 ]8 s2 E( ?8 p9 ?% kThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
